Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

-All shipping charges are calculated by weight upon checkout.  Shipment can have added insurance per request of the customer but will be subject to added cost.

-All Out Motorsports is not responsible for any cross border duties or fees.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT  

 -If your shipment becomes lost in transit, please notify us immediately.   

-If you provide an apartment address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk, All Out Motorsports will not be liable for loss or theft.   

TRACKING NUMBERS  

Tracking numbers will typically be emailed once an order has been processed and shipped. However, in some events an item is not “In Stock”, All Out Motorsports may have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. In this event, a tracking number will not be provided but if one is needed, can receive upon request. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS  

If your package was delivered to you damaged immediately inspect items for damage and if so email photos of damage(s) to sales@alloutmotorsports.ca  

 -Shipping companies require the original packing for inspection. It is the customers’ responsibility to keep all original packaging.     

-Do not install/attempt to install anything you receive damaged. Once installation is attempted all warranties and claims are null and voided to replace the damaged part. 

-All damage(s) must be reported to All Out Motorsports within 5 days.  

CANCELING AN ORDER  

 -Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.  Once product is received it can be returned upon authorization but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.       

SHIPMENT REFUSALS  

 -Refusing a package will ensure additional shipping charges and will be deducted from the refund.  This will also delay the refund process. 

RETURNS

-If you would like to return an item, all shipments must be accepted and then sent back (prepaid by customer) following our return procedures and within 30 days of purchase.  All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.  

NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE  

These items include but are not limited to:  

 -Original shipping costs    

-Electronics

-Clearance Items

-Special Orders

-All items not in original packing

-Fuel system (injectors/pumps)

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT  

 -If you received the wrong product, email photos of the incorrect part and the part number on the manufacturer’s packaging to sales@alloutmotorsports.ca within 5 business days from the time of delivery.   

-You and/or your mechanic are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle before installation. 

-We do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost, or any other cost associated with installation.   

MISSING PARTS  

 -If your order is missing part(s) please email photos of what you have received and a photo of the part number on the manufacturer’s packaging to sales@alloutmotorsports.ca and we will help direct to the avenue of getting it looked after.   

-Do not install/attempt to install anything with incomplete parts.   

-All missing parts must be reported within 5 Business days
